I must disclose my position prior to my review
as I believe it may have a stong influence on verdict. I am what
many consider to be a 'hard gainer' , ie. I have great difficulty
in putting on weight and muscle. And I have been extremely
disillusioned with many of the bodybuilding guides written by
various authors as those muscle exercise and techniques
don't seem to apply to me.
However with The Truth About Building Muscle,
the author is able to communicate in very plain english exactly how
to get to where you want to be physically. Many of his training
techniques are both modern and refreshing and have help me to
identify those old patterns that aren't working. In short, it is a
very detailed and comprehensive book filled with good advice
presented by the author in a very personal way for anyone like me.
So in conlusion, I highly recommend it.

I am 17 years old and bought this book when I
was 16. Since then I have gained nearly a stone of muscle, only
from reading this book and following Sean's instructions. I have
been doing his excerises for about half a year, and that is how I
have got my gains so far. I have looked at loads of other books and
tried workouts from my trainers and these ones in the book are the
best. If you want huge and massive muscle gains fast, get this
book, I mean you can't go wrong with someone who got the knowledge,

resource that works!
Since reading this book and using Sean's
principles for over a year, I've had no halt in progress. Frankly
speaking, due to time constraint I can only afford to workout twice
a week but even then, I have gotten bigger than I ever have been in
my life. I have even tested out the principles on two of my scrawny
teenage sons, whom are both busy and can only work out once a week.
They too have grown bigger and stronger - despite their age and
fast metabolism.
Just amazing the results you can get when you
truly understand how things work. Also recommend his "The No-Fail
Customized Workout Plan" if you have a shoulder or back problem.
Good luck, and watch your strength/size sky rocket without ever
spending half your life in the gym.
